SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

Precision Valuations, LLC ("Precision Valuations," "we," "us") sends text (SMS/MMS) messages to customers who order a desktop appraisal and provide their mobile number. This page explains what we send, how you consent, and how to stop.

These are account and customer-care messages tied to your specific order — not marketing. After you place an order and we accept it, we text you a one-time secure link to submit your property details, photos, and floor-plan scan. We may also text you status updates about your appraisal (for example, when your report is ready).

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

You opt in on our order page. When you enter your mobile phone number at checkout, you check a consent box that reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from Precision Valuations about my appraisal order at the mobile number above — including a one-time secure link to submit my property details and updates about my order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

Checking that box is your affirmative consent to receive the order-related texts described above. The box is not checked by default, and providing consent is used only to deliver your appraisal service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your order. Most customers receive a small number of messages: the submission-link text, occasional reminders if you have not completed your submission, and a delivery notification.

We do not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and we will not send you further texts, except that you may need to opt back in to complete an order.

We use your mobile number only to service your appraisal order. We do not sell it, and we will not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Twilio, our messaging provider, processes messages on our behalf.

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
