The main differences are convenience (no scheduling a stranger in your home) and speed (we can typically deliver results faster).

Yes. Our desktop appraisals fully comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). USPAP explicitly allows for desktop appraisals when the scope of work is appropriate for the intended use. Tap the link on your smartphone and follow the guided steps: confirm your property details, take room-by-room photos following our visual instructions, and complete a quick floor plan scan using a free app. The entire process takes most homeowners about 20 to 30 minutes.

Most reports are delivered within approximately one week after you submit your property data. Complex properties or rush requests may vary. We will keep you updated on progress throughout the process.

Do I need any special equipment or apps?

All you need is a smartphone with a camera. Our photo capture process works in your mobile browser. For the floor plan scan, we use CubiCasa GoToScan, which is free and does not require downloading a separate app. We walk you through every step.
